To all of us who love dogs, there come a few dogs in a lifetime who are deeply special to us. My borzoi, Griffin, was one of those dogs. It was years after his death before I was even able to look at photos of borzoi, let alone draw one. This is the first borzoi I have drawn since his death in 1985. It is dedicated to his memory.
