Scorpion coloring page
The request for a scorpion coloring page was greeted with rather a lot of snide snickering in this house – both my husband and my roommate are Scorpios. So in the finest tradition of scorpy revenge – I made hubby find the reference photos I used for the scorpion coloring pages. He did pretty good if I must admit. Enjoy!

Electric Eel Coloring Page
I drew this Electric Eel to create an ATC for a swap at Swap-bot (Animals ATC – E) and thought as long as I had him – I’d share him as a coloring page, too!

Tarantula Spider Coloring Page
The tarantula spiders were inspired by the gift of two red kneed Mexican Tarantula Spiders on Sandbox Farm. I got to looking at Tarantula photos and noticing that there seem to be two types among the pet spiders. Some that are very hairy, and some that are not quite so hairy. The Desert Tarantulas that live here on the ranch are quite handsome and sleek looking – especially the all black males. While the Mexican Red Knees are positively cuddly looking they are so fuzzy. So I tried to do one of each, so no matter which type of tarantula you like, you’ll have what you want to color. Some of these big spiders are very pretty – blue, purple, green, and of course, black with furry orange knees…

Hairy Legged Tarantula Spider Coloring Page
I’m going to try and get back to a more regular schedule of adding new pages at least once a week – if not more often. If you have any requests, please just email me with “Color Your Own” in the subject line so it won’t accidentally wind up in the SPAM or trash.
Enjoy!
