Girl in Santa hat holding a Christmas gift

Yes, I know I said I wasn’t going to fall for starting Christmas coloring pages early – but I needed this drawing myself to illustrate a new Squidoo lens, A Gift of Laughter for Christmas Video Showcase, and as long as I am drawing…

So enjoy the pretty girl in the Santa hat holding a Christmas gift!

One Mad Turkey Coloring Page for Thanksgiving!

One Mad Turkey Coloring Page for Thanksgiving!

One of the nice things about being an artist is when you have an idea for art you want on a webpage or a Squidoo lens – you can create it! I’m creating a Vegetarian Thanksgiving lens on Squidoo and wanted a cartoon of a turkey-less sort of thanksgiving meal. So here is my One Mad Turkey Coloring Page for Thanksgiving.

Be sure and let me know if you want or need anything in particular to color for Thanksgiving! Requests are always welcome.

I just updated my profile on eLance – in case you ever have the desire to hire me to do some artwork for you.

The Mummy - Halloween coloring pag

Yep – more of those cool old classic monster movie coloring pages for Halloween – welcome to The Mummy as played by Boris Karloff. I guess I’m probably showing my age here, but I do love those old black and white horror movies where the scare is from the suspense instead of the special effects :D

Okay, I am probably showing my age here, but I do love old classic monster movies.  Halloween is just an excuse to draw a few! The Bride of Frankenstein, Creature of the Black Lagoon – probably my all time favorite monster movie, and Dracula as played by Bela Lugosi – back when vampires were scary monsters instead of sexy boys next door. :P

Enjoy!

Cat Carved Jack-O-Lantern

Cat Carved Jack-O-Lantern

A new Halloween coloring page – doesn’t this cat look quite satisfied as she licks her paws clean? Do you suppose she really carved that cat jack-o-lantern herself?

Do you know the legend behind Jack-O-Lanterns? You can read it here – along with lots of other fun Halloween information!

July 4th Coloring Pages

July 4th, 2009

Just a quick reminder that I do have several July 4th coloring pages at Color-Your-Own.com including an American flag and eagle, liberty bell, and the statue of liberty.

I just finished a new Squidoo lens, Rainbows in Art. I did it for the fun and the beauty of it. Drop by and have a look!

I’m taking a break, then perhaps maybe possibly if I don’t get interrupted 100 times, drawing. Sorry it’s been so long – there’s just all sorts of obstacles lately. I’m going to have a talk with my managers Sunday about trying to get me a regular schedule so I can reclaim my life.
