By request, here are some Pigeons in flight Coloring Page – to go with all the pigeons just sitting around
. I know, I know, I said I wouldn’t take any more requests, but this one happened to come along on a day when I felt like drawing and had a bit of time, so here it is. You are welcome to send me requests, but I cannot promise I can get to them in a timely manner – or at all. I have other obligations and business interests – some that actually make me a bit of money, which the coloring pages website DOES NOT. What can I say?
Enjoy!

This is P in the April A to Z Blogging Challenge
I’m running a little late today – but we got here. Fall and spring bring migrating Peregrine Falcons to the ranch out in the desert. The ranch is home to a huge population of Eurasian Ring Necked Doves. The falcons stop by and thin them out a bit twice a year! Because of this I’ve had a couple of thrilling close encounters with these little speed demons – the last only a couple of weeks ago. Their striped undersides are striking – and the last sight many a dove ever has. As always click on the thumbnail or the link below for the full size coloring page.

Spring means such different things in different parts of the country. Here in the desert I notice we have baby lizards and delicate damselflies. We get a lot of spring migrant birds, too. A whole flock of robins settled in some berry bearing bushes in front of me the other day and I realized they would be a perfect spring coloring page. So here is a mother robin, feeding new spring baby birds coloring page. Click here or on the thumbnail.

Around here we are starting to see the first signs of spring – and one of the earliest is the migrating hummingbirds. Some are coming to stay for the summer, others are on their way further north. Here’s a new bird coloring page – a Berylline Hummingbird.

Thanksgiving - Wild Turkey coloring page
I am without Internet out at the ranch again – probably for at least another week. The good news is that even while I do not have Internet – I can still draw coloring pages! I’ve got a couple hours in town today on wireless to share all my new coloring pages! Enjoy this realistic style Wild turkey coloring page for Thanksgiving

squabbling eagles coloring page
I just happened to see a photo on the Discovery website of these two Stellar Eagles having a tiff over something. It just struck me – the posturing is so obvious! So enjoy this somewhat fanciful coloring page of two young eagles in an argument.

Wild Bird coloring page - Red-breasted Nuthatch
I just love fall migration time, when I get to see such a variety of birds. Some winter in New Mexico, others are just passing through on their way to places further south. This Red-breasted Nuthatch entertained me for half an hour today outside my kitchen window. You can read about it over on my main blog, Foovay’s Cauldron, and see the photos my hubby took of him – one of which became this line drawing.
Seems to me that every store in town has their Halloween stuff out already. Maybe I’m showing my age – but isn’t it awfully early? Ah well, I guess I must get with the times. So I’ll be adding one Halloween type coloring page a week up until the second most celebrated holiday in the U.S.! I also hope to get back to our usual program of a new coloring page every day. Do you know there are over 360 coloring pages up at Color-Your-Own.com now? I’m going for over 400 for 2010!
Enjoy!
